The short version: your completion progress never leaves your browser, we do not ask who you are, and the only third party that sees anything is our advertising provider.

What we store on your device

Your completion progress, chosen platform, spoiler-safe preference and recent activity are saved in your browser's local storage on the device you are using. This information is not transmitted to us and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data deletes it permanently, which is why every tracker page offers an export.

What we collect about you

There are no accounts, so we do not collect names, email addresses or passwords unless you choose to give us one through the support form. If you contact us, we keep your message and any details you include so we can reply and act on it.

To stop the support form being abused we also store a one-way scrambled form of your IP address alongside the message. It cannot be turned back into an address; it exists only so the form can tell one sender apart from another and refuse a flood.

Analytics

We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not build a profile of you across sites.

Advertising

This site is free and paid for by advertising. Our advertising provider may set cookies or use similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and in some cases to personalise them. Where the law requires it, you will be asked for consent before any personalised advertising cookie is set, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings, and out of third-party vendor cookies generally through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

• Clear your progress at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• Export a copy of your progress at any time from any tracker page.
• Change or withdraw advertising consent where that choice was offered to you.
• Ask us to delete any message you have sent through the support form.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
